Who we are
The church in West Seattle is a group of faith communities that wil meet regularly to pursue God. It's a place to explore faith in an environment that welcomes anyone no matter where you are on your faith journey. Come along side us as we endeavor to live lives tat are forever pressing towards a relationship with Jesus.
Our mission is to worship God with all that we are, reach the lost with all that we have, disciple the found with all that he's given us and to repeat it as often as we can.
Jason and Katie Ament
Jason (35) and Katie (undisclosed) are madly in love with each other. Jason and Katie are both called to be missionaries in their community. They have a son, Ian, who will be turning one in September 2010.
Jason attended NW University and Valley Forge Christian College graduating Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Pastoral Ministry. He currently works as a Production Engineer at Microsoft.
Jason was a Youth Pastor for 9 years in the NW Ministry Network before moving to Pennsylvania for 4 years. He is also a licensed minister in the Assemblies of God.
The need to plant a church has been a desire of Jason and Katie’s for nearly a decade and a half.
